Here’s a quick overview of the Mount Bromo Ijen Tour Package itinerary:

DAY 1	We’ll meet at Surabaya (train station or airport) at 6 pm and then head out by car to Bromo’s village, which is situated 2300 metres above sea level.
DAY 2	We’ll visit Bromo, go on a hike, and then transfer to Kawah Ijen for the night.
DAY 3	We’ll hike Kawah Ijen, then head to Bali (you can choose between Pemuteran, Munduk, Ubud, or Seminyak) or return to Surabaya.

Mount Bromo Ijen Tour Package 3-Days

Mount Bromo Ijen Tour Package Starts here: There are four main starting points for hiking Mount Bromo: Cemoro Lawang is next to Bromo, Probolinggo, Malang, and Surabaya. Surabaya is the best place to explore Bromo, Ijen and Sewu Waterfalls.

If you only want to see the volcanoes, stay at Cemoro Lawang Village or Ngadisari village Bromo.

Day 1: Surabaya to Bromo

• We will meet you at Surabaya/Malang train station or airport or Probolinggo and we will drive to Bromo’s village (Cemoro Lawang village or Ngadisari village Bromo, 2300 metres above sea level.
• Have dinner in a traditional Indonesian restaurant and stay the night in a guesthouse/hotel.
• If you arrive in Surabaya in the morning, you can join an optional tour to visit

Day 2: Mount Bromo Tour to Ijen

• We’ll leave the hotel at 3 am in a 4×4 to explore the volcanic site.
• We will climb to the top of the Tenger-Bromo caldera to reach the King Kong viewpoint or Penanjakan hill to admire the sunrise over the following volcanoes:

1. Mount Bromo (active volcano, 2,300 m)
2. Mount Batok (extinct volcano, 2,400 m)
3. Mount Semeru (active volcano, 3,677 m, the highest in Java)

• After the sun rises, we will cross the “sea of sand” and reach the Hindu temples at the foot of the volcanoes.
• We will climb 250 steps to the summit of the Bromo volcano by passing temples dedicated to the gods. We will then see the smoking crater and its sulphurous vapours. An unforgettable experience!
• After discovering this extraordinary volcanic site, we will continue our adventure through magnificent landscapes, picturesque villages, and traditional local life. We will enjoy a lunch and dinner of local cuisine before arriving at our hotel.

Day 3: Ijen Blue Fire Tour to Bali or Surabaya

• We leave at 00:00 for a 1.5-hour transfer to Kawah Ijen Base Camp. After a safety briefing, we will start climbing at 2:00 am.
• Our experienced guides will lead you to the summit (2,300 m above sea level) through a mountain trail, under a ceiling of stars.
• It will take us between 1:30 and 2 hours to reach the summit of Kawah Ijen volcano.
• Once we reach the top, we go into the volcano to see the “blue flames”.
• Our guides will help you descend safely. Your guides will help you use the masks and support you at all times. Around 5 am, the sunrise will complete this adventure.
• We will appreciate the scene: admire the lake while encouraging the sulfur workers up the Kawah Ijen crater!
• We will leave this amazing place at 6-7 am and head to base camp at 1,850 m. In the day, you will see the path that led to the caldera of this volcano again.
• We will then gently descend the volcano slopes to breakfast with a local Javanese family. You might feel tired, but this will pass, leaving unforgettable memories.
