1. Reservation Process

Secure your spot with just 20% deposit (balance paid on arrival)

To confirm your booking with Bromo Ijen Tour by GWI Tour Indonesia, a 20% deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit secures your tour and allows us to begin necessary arrangements. An invoice along with payment instructions will be provided upon booking.

The final balance is due no later than 5 days before the tour start date. For bookings made within 5 to 2 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us in writing. Cancellation fees are based on the date we receive your cancellation notice and are as follows:
• 35 days or more before the tour start date: No cancellation fees.
• 11 to 34 days before the tour start date: 20% cancellation fee.
• 3 to 10 days before the tour start date: 50% cancellation fee.
• Within 48 hours of the tour start date: 100% cancellation fee.
• Tailor-made tours may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance

Bromo Ijen Tour by GWI Tour Indonesia does not provide travel insurance.
Clients must arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance from their home country, covering:

Medical emergencies

Evacuation and repatriation

Personal injury

We strongly recommend extending your coverage to include trip cancellations, delays, loss or damage of personal belongings, and other unexpected expenses. The cost of insurance is not included in the tour price. Please ensure your insurer is aware of the type of travel you are undertaking.

Medical Conditions

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical information to Bromo Ijen Tour by GWI Tour Indonesia at the time of booking.
It’s essential to assess your physical ability to participate in the tour. We recommend consulting your doctor regarding your fitness for the trip, necessary vaccinations, or any health precautions.

Our adventure tours often involve traveling to remote or less developed regions (e.g., Kamimanta, Flores Island, and remote areas of Java) where medical facilities may be limited and below the standards of your home country. Bromo Ijen Tour by GWI Tour Indonesia makes no guarantees regarding the availability or quality of medical care in these areas.

Special Requirements

We will make every effort to accommodate special requests such as dietary needs or specific room preferences. However, these requests are not guaranteed and do not form part of the tour contract. We appreciate your understanding if certain requests cannot be fulfilled.

Complaints
If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your tour guide or designated representative immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Complaints not reported during the tour may not be considered afterward.

If your complaint remains unresolved, it must be submitted in writing to Bromo Ijen Tour by GWI Tour Indonesia within 20 days after the tour’s completion.
